Appointment Reservations

To reserve or book any appointment please call 205.265.2448 or visit our website's homepage, scroll down to "Book Online". We have made it very easy to set an appointment using our salon software. A valid credit card is required to book online or over the phone to reserve all appointments. To ensure your privacy and financial safety your credit card information is stored with our secured merchant services so no employee or service provider has access to your information. 

Upon Arrival

It is requested that all new clients arrive 5 minutes before your actual appointment to complete a brief intake form. This ensure that your service provider is aware of your individual needs or concerns. 

Spa Etiquette

In order to maintain a serene environment at our spa we ask that you please do not let small children accompany you. We want everyone to feel relaxed, including yourself. We also ask that all clients speak quietly during your visit and to please turn all mobile devices to silent. We thank you so much for your consideration. 


Gratuities are discretionary. At the time of check out you will have the opportunity to leave either a credit card or a cash gratuity in a tip envelope. 

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

For single or couple parties we require a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If it is less than a 24 hour window the online spa software will not allow you to cancel ONLY reschedule so it is important to contact us by phone or email. Failure to cancel in a timely manner will result in a late cancellation fee of 50% of services to be rendered IF your alotted appointment time is not filled. No shows are not tolerated and you will be charged a no show fee. All clients will be notified of any charges. In order to avoid unnecessary charges you will receive an appointment itinerary through email at the time of creating your appointment, a confirmation call the day before your appointment as well as an appointment reminder text 24 hours before your appointment.


For parties of three or more, The Sly Fox must have confirmation of your appointments 72 hours in advance. For larger parties please call to book.
